Real Estate Photography
I have shot different real estate properties in many states including Texas, California, Colorado, Idaho, Washington and Montana. I am happy to do either interiors/exteriors or raw land, my specialty would be ranches and equine property. I can do HDR, especially for interiors. Rates are reasonable, with Add on’s like Twilight exteriors and Seasonal Refresh.
***If there are outbuildings, special gardens, pools, ponds or views you want captured at just the right light, a second shoot maybe added. We can discuss the fine details. Above are basic prices. I may need to add more time and images if there is more to cover such as a large property with many outbuildings, barns etc that you want featured beyond a broad shot. I do HDR images as needed… This means pulling the detail in all the windows. if you want a quote with all HDR, let me know.
Your finished shoot will come with professionally edited images uploaded to the cloud in web-resolution( ready for website, email etc.) High resolution images are available on request and are good for printing brochures, billboards etc. These folders are uploaded to my Drive, then a link to you is sent, and you download. Easy Breezy!
